On December 23, 2024, I requested a temporary fix to end the immediate emergency caused by roof leaks during a heavy downpour. As of right now, January 12, 2024, the leaks have still not been repaired. This is more than I pay for my car insurance which is 189.00 per year for an Audi. Even with the inflation this is disgusting and pure GREED.
