WebI learned the tranq arrow engram but when I go to it in the crafting menu the icon is yellowish and when I hover over it it says I must learn the engram before crafting it. I have double checked that I did in fact learn it and I have the materials in my inventory. I tried dying, and exiting the game fully and logging back in.
