WebI have a Cefaly Dual and have had it for about three weeks. I’ve found that it will abort a migraine about 50% of the time if I catch it early. If it doesn’t abort it, it will reduce the severity and often halt the progression. I’m not convinced the prevention setting is doing much, but the acute version is a game changer for me.
