WebTurn off protected folder access. Its not on by default. Also set virtual memory back to system managed. Go to Virus & threat protection settings and see if Controlled folder access is switched on. Run hardware diagnostics, make sure you don't have failed RAM. Most modern HP's I see have them built in, accessible at boot time by pressing escape. WebRAM usage is not necessarily as big a problem as people tend to think. Teams is built using Electron, which uses Chromium underneath. It releases memory, when the system requests it. Not saying Teams is a fast application, however, just that memory doesn't play as large a role that people think.
