The Xbox version has the issue where gameplay is 4K, but all FMV is only 720p (with poor sound quality) A lot of the cutscenes in XIII are FMV - even the ones that look in-engine are often pre-rendered. So you get some cutscenes at 4K and others at 720p with no real consistency.
