If your Motherboard has F40 or later version installed than you have another problem. Make sure your Monitor cables are connected to the GPU card and not the Motherboard's video outputs. WebIf you have CSM enabled in your UEFI/BIOS, you will get a slightly longer post time and three to four fast beeps. Don't panic! Disabling CSM (compatibility support mode) should fix it right away. Plenty of reports of this happening with 3090 and 3070 too.

No beep codes would mean most likely the CPU or motherboard. BTW big screen TV's work great as monitors, I've been using them for several years.
