Webit doesn't do less damage it does effect the guns accuracy and it also reduces the damage depending on how many times the bullets ricochet. i stopped using it because of how badly it effects accuracy. although it may seem the shots are hitting in reality you might be getting 3 to 5 bullets to hit every 20 shots. its really stupid.
