If somebody has a chance to examine a new RP-06 or other RK model that uses "Revebond", please share your observations. Any wood product with "bond" in the name usually means smaller bits of wood glued together to make a bigger bit. Webb19 feb. 2024 · Richlite. Knives specifically, but *especially* guitars. The rapid heating and cooling with hot water and steam will make almost anything made of dissimilar materials come apart eventually. name in italics

Webb10 sep. 2024 · X2. on LMI, a rosewood classical fingerboard is about $15. A Richlite fingerboard is $21. It's more stable, and there's less labor / waste than a 'wood' fingerboard. The only 'negatives' are that it doesn't have any figuring, and that it's not wood. It plays well, feels good to my fingers and doesn't affect the sound.
