Then all the graphic settings in my games got reseted to the "optimal" that nvidia recommends and the screen tearing appeared which was happening when i got the card but was fixed with deactivating vsync. RTX 2080TI stuttering on PayDay2. If you watch the character movement you will see them freeze, then resume. same with the animation on the top right.
